Terms of Service

Prohibited Users

1) Users under 18 year old arent allowed to use the service
2) Users that are citizens or residents of Aruba, Australia, Curacao, France, Netherlands, Sint Maarten, Greece and/or UnitedStates of America are prohibited from using the service.
3) Owner of Bitcoin Bank (from now on reffered as BB) can ask at anytime proof of age,citizenship and residence of any user at his own discretion. If the user does not provide adequate proof at the operator's request they may be barred from further using the service.
4) Ensuring they are legally permitted to use the service is the user's responsibility. The owner of BB makes no claims and provides no guarantees that using the service is legal for the user.

Betting

1) No refunds will be issued under no circumanstances to usersin case of lost or accidentally placed or bets lost due to netwrok lag.
2) User bet knowing the risks of losing and that they may continue gambling despite it negatively impacting thier life. If you have a gambling addictiontry getting help locally or contact the owner of BB for more help.
3) If owner of BB suspects that betting wins have been aquired by an exploit/system bughe has the right to not let user withdraw the money unless he has reassured thatthe money werent obtained using a bug.
4) Crypto fees have to be cover by users and not the owner of BB.

Account

1) An account's owner is authenticated solely by his Discord or web login credentials: the combination of his email, password.The user acknowledges that he may permanently lose access to his account and all funds contained within if he loses his login credentials.
2) Owner of BB wont offer a refund in case of any termination to the user's accountby Discord if he chooses to break the DISCORD TOS.



Withdraws and Deposits

1) BB is equipped to only accept Bitcoin as a payment method. Any other cryptocurrency sentwont be credited to user or refunded back to him.
2) Withdraws may take up to 24 hours in some cases.



Investing

1) By investing in the bankroll, you acquire a stake in its profits and losses. The profits and losses that players generate for the house by betting are shared proportionally  among all investors relative to their respective stakes in the bankroll. In other words, as an investor, you profit when players lose, and you lose when players profit.
2) No money will be added to or subtracted from your account's balance. Instead, the value of your stake will simply increase or decrease over time as players bet. For example, if the bankroll is $1000 and you have invested $50 , your stake is 5%. A player losing $50 would increase the size of the bankroll to $1050 and the value of your stake–which is still 5%–to $52.5
3) Since the bankroll's profits (and losses!) depend on how much players bet and how lucky they are,it's not possible to accurately predict future returns. The risk of losing money always exists likewith all invetsments
4) To encourage long-term investments, a stable bankroll size and to reward earlier investors, a dilution fee of 2% is charged on all investments. This fee is split proportionally among all bankroll investors, including the new investor. Consequently, the effective fee is always lower than 2%.
5) For security reasons investors dont have direct access to the bankroll wallet. However we assure you thatyour money is safe as we have taken all security measures to prevent 3rd-parties to have access. An automatedinvesting-divesting system is on the develpoment and will be added soon!
6) Owner of BB has the right to remove any investor from the bankroll without having to justify the reasons behind their actions. Investor's stake will be refunded FULLY in this case.
7) In situations where crypto fees are higher than usual investor has to cover the potential fees or towait till the blockchain is less crowded. By investing it means you have read and agreed to the above TOS and you understand the potential consquences of investment.
